About Me: Valmik Nahata is presently a high school senior with a passion for exploring the practical applications of data science. Having won numerous awards in hackathons and conducted several specialized internships and research projects, he seeks to blend data analytics, statistics, and machine learning in his work. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis with friends, practicing the violin, grabbing a quick bite at Chipotle, and treating himself to some boba tea. Valmik plans to continue his studies of data science at the University of California, San Diego.

Project/Research Interests: Computational biology, bioinformatics, and statistical learning. Open to exploring other related fields of computer and data science.
